People pay their respects to the mortal remains of Major Vibhuti Dhoundiyal who was killed in an encounter with terrorists in Pulwama in Kashmir, yesterday. Major Dhoundiyal was a resident of Dehradun. 

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat expressed grief at the incident saying the entire country stood with the martyr's family.
