JUST IN: Congress leader P Chidambaram released from Tihar Jail.

He was received by his son Karti Chidambaram and a lot of supporters outside the Jail.

Chidambaram was granted bail by the SC earlier in the day.

He is now expected to meet Congress president Sonia Gandhi and other leaders of the party.
