Update in Kerala nun rape case. Kerala police to arrest Bishap Franco Mulakkal, accused of raping the nun, tonight.

Kottayam Superintendent of Police Hari Sankar said, "Franco Mulakkal has not been arrested. Interrogation has been going on. He will be arrested tonight and produced before the court within 24 hours."
