PM Narendra Modi arrives in Shantiniketan to attend the convocation of the Visva Bharati University. He was received by West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee.

A vocal critic of the PM and the BJP Mamata Banerjee was a picture of grace as she walked briskly to where the PM stood at the helipad and with a big smile and a namaste, draped a stole around his shoulders. She also presented a bouquet of flowers. The PM responded with a namaste and a smile and gesturing, possibly to the briskness with which she walked to the helipad, said something of levity to the West Bengal CM.
