The winner of the 2016 French Open winner Novak Djokovic has been ousted from the tournament by Marco Cecchinato, the Italian ranked 72 in the world. 

Djokovic, who is currently ranked 22 afrer returning from an injury lost in four sets -- 3-6, 6-7, 6-1, 6-7 -- in the quarterfinals.
