Niramala Sitharaman reacts to Rahul Gandhi's charge that she was being untruthful by saying the details of the Rafale deal cannot be revealed. Sitharaman said a secrecy agreement with France was signed in 2008 and Rafale deal was also covered in it. She said French president Emmanuel Macron backed the privacy clause and quoted a report in the Indian media on an interview with Macron.
