In Chhattisgarh, two Naxals were killed in exchange of fire with Narayanpur District Reserve Guard teams in the forest area of Balebeda village this morning. Two weapons, bags and other material were seized from the spot. In another exchange of fire this morning in the forest area of Jedda village with teams of Special Task Force & District Reserve Guards, security forces seized 5 pressure cooker IEDs, medical kits, bags and other materials from the spot. Naxals managed to escape.
