Two managers of Mumbai pub '1 Above' in the Kamala Mills complex where a fire claimed 14 lives on December 29 have been arrested, PTI quotes Mumbai police as saying.

An NDTV report says after talking to survivors, 'the police believes the fire had started at '1Above' pub.

But the pub's managers have blamed the adjacent Mojo's Bistro. They claim they are being targeted as the owners of the adjacent pub are influential, the report said.
