The Supreme Court on Tuesday observed that intent of installing CCTVs in courtrooms is to ensure security and not to record its proceedings.While hearing a plea seeking installation of CCTVs in courtrooms, the top court expressed satisfaction over the Centre's progress in installing CCTVs in courts.The apex court will now hear the matter on April 5. - ANI
