Kulgam: Wreath laying ceremony for Constable Fayaz Ahmed Shah who was shot dead by terrorists outside a mosque in Zazripora today. Police has registered a case and investigation has started. Police said Shah was undergoing a recruitment training course at Talwara and he had come home to celebrate Eid with his family.
