UPDATE: 3 dead, 20 hurt in stampede at Mumbai's Elphinstone station

Reports are coming in that three people have died and over 20 people have been injured at Mumbai's Elphinstone railway station's foot-over bridge around 10.45 am
People at the station claim the heavy rains was the cause of the stampede. Images are coming in of people hanging from the top of the foot-over bridge.
According to reports, the injured are being rushed to nearby hospitals.
More details are awaited.
