SC to hear Kerala man's plea against NIA probe into marriage

Supreme Court hear on October 9 the plea of Kerala man opposing an NIA probe into his marriage with Hindu woman who had converted to Islam.
SC says it will examine as to whether the high court can annul the marriage by exercising its writ powers.
