The minimum temperature in Kashmir division, including Ladakh region, continued its downward slide as Leh and Srinagar recorded the coldest night of this season so far. Leh, in Ladakh region, was the coldest recorded place in the state as it registered a low of minus 11.4 degrees Celsius last night, a decrease of over one degree from minus 10.2 degrees Celsius the previous night, an official of the MeT department said. Srinagar also saw the mercury dip slightly to minus 2.0. -- PTI
