The debate on the GST Bills has begun in the Lok Sabha. Union Finance minister Arun Jaitley speaks. The government wants the bill passed today. The Speaker has allotted seven hours to debate the bill which has been tabled. Following Jaitley, the Congress' M Veerappa Moily will speak.
