Turkey warns Europe of holy war

Turkey's constitutional referendum on April 16, which is aimed at eliciting a 'yes' vote for President Recep Erdogan's plans to transform the country into a presidential system and concentrate all executive powers in his hands, is turning out to be a milestone in regional politics as well. Erdogan is a first-rate demagogue and sees seamless potential to whip up nationalist sentiments by berating Europe (Christian world) as 'anti-Muslim'.
