1993 blasts convict Mustafa Dossa hospitalised
June 28, 2017
1993 Mumbai blasts convict Mustafa Dossa has been hospitalised. Dossa is believed to be unwell, but details are awaited.
This comes even as the CBI last week sought the death
penalty for Dossa and
Feroz Khan on the grounds that the two were close aides of fugitive
gangster Dawood Ibrahim, and that they were in constant touch with
Dawood even after the blast.
The prosecution told the court that Dossa was an archer in
part-B (the trial against seven accused who were arrested after the
initial trial in the case) of the 1993 blast case, and thus deserved
nothing less than death.
