GDP growth in 2016-17 is estimated at 7.1 per cent, as compared to 7.6 per cent in 2015-16, says the central government, and that per capita income during 2016-17 is expected to rise by 10.4 per cent, to Rs 1,03,007, compared to last fiscal.
