Insisting that he is still the AIADMK treasurer, Tamil Nadu CM O Panneerselvam has written a letter to bank managers, requesting them to not to allow any transaction in party's accounts in their respective banks without his consent.

After a dramatic revolt against party general secretary VK Sasikala, OPS was removed from the post of treasurer. 

Dindigul Srinivasan was appointed as the new party treasurer.
