One person has died and at least 150 have been injured after a boiler blast at a chemical factory in Dombivali in Thane district. Following the blast, a fire broke out in the factory situated at MIDC Phase 2 in Dombivli (East). Reports suggest that the blast was so huge that window panes in buildings located as far away as 3-4 km from the site were shattered. Further details awaited.
