TN CM J Jayalalithaa issues a clarification over the seating issue of DMK treasurer and leader of the opposition in the assembly MK Stalin at the swearing-in ceremony yesterday. Stalin was seated in the 16th row, much to the chagrin of the DMK. The CM's office said, "Jayalalithaa wasn't informed of Stalin attending the event. If Jaya had known of Stalin attending the event, she would've relaxed the protocol and arranged a seat for him in the 1st row."
