The JD-U has suspended MLC Manorama Devi, whose son Rocky Yadav is accused of gunning down a 20-year-old youth, Aditya Sachdeva, for overtaking his vehicle.

Rocky was sent to judicial custody for 14 days earlier.Rocky, who went missing since the incident on Saturday, was arrested from his father's mixer plant in Gaya district earlier in the day.
