Vijay Mallya asked to appear before ED on March 18

JUST IN: The enforcement directorate has summoned liquor baron Vijay Mallya to join the investigation in the IDBI loan fraud case.
Earlier, former CFO of defunct Kingfisher Airlines, A Raghunath, was quizzed by the ED in Mumbai in connection with the loan default case.
