Lankans are agnostics. Ram diplomacy won't work

The government recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sri Lanka as part of the 'Ram diplomacy' towards that Buddhist nation.
It envisages a multi-core project that aims at promoting the mythology around the epic Ramayana in the land of the demon king Ravana.
