Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday reportedly chaired an internal security meet where Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi and NSA chief Ajit Doval were also present. All aspects of internal security, including infiltration, were discussed at the meeting.
