AICC General Secretary Madhusudan Mistry on Sunday called up senior party colleague V Hanumatha Rao to express solidarity with Hyderabad Central University students on the Rohith Vemula issue. Rao has been asked to hold daily demonstrations in Hyderabad with a view to strengthen the organisation's support in the city. Mistry on Monday also called up Rao after watching the protests on TV.
