Multiple blasts rock Jakarta, gunshots heard, at least 3 dead

JUST IN: Multiple blasts have been heard outside a police station in Indonesia's capital Jakarta, according to
ABC news. Three people have been reportedly killed in the blasts.
According to unconfirmed reports, two shooters have been seen at the blast site.
