For all of us cheering the detention of Masood Azhar, remember that the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks mastermind Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi who had been briefly jailed in Rawalpindi, was released on bail last year. India could do little except call the release "unfortunate and disappointing".
