PM Narendra Modi tweeted effusive birthday greetings today to BJP stalwart Atal Bihari Vajpayee and even posted an old video of the former Prime Minister that showcases his "warmth" and "simplicity."

Modi even visited Vajpayee's home on the BJP veteran's 92nd birthday. 

Modi also tweeted about the former PM's service to the nation. "Atal ji's exemplary service & leadership has had a very positive impact on India's growth trajectory. His great personality is endearing."
