O Panneerselvam takes oath as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu for the third time.
With Paneerselvam, Jaya's all ministers took the oath again.
Before the swearing in ceremony Tamil Nadu Governor Governor C Vidyasagar Rao and AIADMK MLAs observed 2-minute silence as homage to Jaya.
