Governor Rao reaches Apollo hospital to see Jaya

Ch Vidyasagar Rao, governor of Tamil Nadu, who landed in Chennai from Mumbai a little while ago, has reached Apollo Hospital, where Chief Minister Jayalalithaa was admitted to the ICU today evening following a cardiac arrest.
Rao, who is also governor of Maharashtra, was in Mumbai to attend a Navy Day function.
Meanwhile, the Chennai collector has asked all tahsildars to report to him immediately.
