Nobel laureate Amartya Sen today said that some Presidents appeared to exercise their judgement more than others when it came to acting on the government's advice. An interviewer had asked the economist about George Yeo resigning as chancellor of the Nalanda University, and Sen himself being earlier dropped from the varsity's board of governors.
