Indian Consul General in Jeddah confirms 2 Indians injured in the Mecca stampede that witnessed the death of 310 pilgrims and saw more than 450 are injured. 

There are over one lakh Indian pilgrims visiting Mecca currently where a stampede killed over 300 people today. 

"It is a very tragic incident. We are monitoring the situation closely,"  ukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Minister of State for Minority Affairs said about the tragedy.
