Update on the meeting between Home Minister Rajnath Singh's meeting with Pakistan Rangers: It was decided that communication through phone and emails will be maintained. Pak DG said as he is not a part of Govt so can't assure on border firing issue. Rajnath also said that India will never fire the first bullet.
