Nepal PM Sushil Koirala announces his resignation in Parliament, will submit his resignation to the President shortly. Koirala, a Nepali Congress leader, was elected as the prime minister of Nepal on February 10, 2014. Reports state that Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli, chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist), will become the next PMof the Himalayan nation.
