Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared that India will be hosting the International Solar Alliance that shall include 121 member nations.

"India to host the International Solar Alliance initiative in the premises of its National Institute of Solar Energy," the PM said at the ISA launch.

"India will provide approx. 30 million USD to build the secretariat infrastructure," he added.
