Intolerance debate in Lok Sabha: Mohd Salim, CPI (M), who has opened the debate says, "What are these fringe elements? Members of parliament? Ministers? We want a rational India, we want a secular India. Nobody is calling the country intolerant or insulting it, these kind of allegations are manufactured."
