On the occasion of the first Constitution Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "Debate and discussion is the soul of Parliament. Our Constitution is a ray of hope --H for harmony, O for opportunity, P for people's participation, E for equality." The PM added that he was confident that all MPs would leave no stone unturned to match upto expectations of people of nation.
