When Peter Mukerjea said he 'felt betrayed by Indrani'
November 20, 2015

If what the CBI says is indeed true that Peter Mukerjea has confessed to knowing Sheena Bora had been murdered, he can hold a master class in acting.

Here's an interview to India Today in the immediate aftermath of Indrani Mukerjee's arrest for the murder of her daughter. Excerpts...

-- My version is very clear, I am completely shocked by the information about who Sheena Bora is, sister or daughter, or who Mikhail is.

-- I know Sheena and Mikhail, (they were) introduced to me as Indrani's siblings.

-- I have never once met Indrani's parents or other members of her family.- It is strange but it is what it is (about not meeting anybody else from the family).

- I had helped Sheena get admission in St Xavier's Bombay.

- We were in UK since 2009, so did not think about Sheena missing from 2012 onwards.

- She (Sheena) was in a relationship with my younger son.

- My son knew Sheena was Indrani's daughter.

- I feel betrayed by my wife if everything is true.

- Once in a while, Indrani would show me a photograph of Sheena in US.

- I am not on Facebook, so I believed what Indrani said.
