Strongly request Lt Gov to work within the confines of Constitution: Kejriwal

CM Kejriwal in his letter to Lt Governor Jung on Gamlin's appointment has said:
"This is a thinly disguised attempt to render the democratically elected govt ineffective."
"Strongly requests" him to work within the "confines" of the Constitution.
