It takes two to tango, says Deng Xiaoping's translator

The man who saw history happen. ANI meets Victor Gao, the English translator of Deng Xiaoping. Xiaoping led China from 1978 until his retirement in 1992.


Talking about the relationship between the two countries, Gao, "For China, we have altogether 14 land neighbours and China has signed a border treaty with 13 out of 14; India is the only exception. We hope eventually both China and India will have courage, wisdom and vision to resolve border issues; it takes two to tango."
