Lawyers outside the Karnataka HC said Justice Kumaraswamy announced the vedict in 10 seconds of entering the court. Now that Amma is acquitted,  Panneerselvam, chief minister-in-waiting of Tamil Nadu, will faithfully bow out and keep his finance portfolio.
