Prosecutors find torn-up sick note signing Andreas Lubitz off work on day of the Alps crash. This document, among others, were found in his home today. The torn-up doctors
note allowed him time off from work because of an illness.
The
German investigators said they had not found a suicide note or any
indication of a political or religious nature among the documents
secured in Lubitzs apartment. However, documents were secured
containing medical information that indicates an illness and
corresponding treatment by doctors, prosecutors said in a statement.
German prosecutors say there are indications Germanwings co-pilot Andreas Lubitz hid illness from employers, but no suicide note has been found, and no political or religious background to explain crash of flight 9525
