People with no credentials should not lead FTII: Asutosh

Describing the student unrest in FTII as unfortunate, AAP leader and spokesperson Ashutosh today said institutions like FTII should not be led by people with no credentials.
"It is really unfortunate to see that FTII is suffering from something like this," Ashutosh said. FTII students are agitating for the past 50 days over appointment of television actor Gajendra Chauhan as the institution's chairman.
Lending his support to the students, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today said the RSS was 'undermining' the institution's stature by promoting "mediocrity".
