The manner in which Delhi is making such big political and diplomatic overtures to Israel, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates at the present juncture in the Middle Easts politics can be seen as conveying a signal of displeasure to Tehran for some obscure reasons that it can not articulate publicly yet, or, alternatively, could be a deliberate policy statement.
