Mumbai Rains: Western, Central line trains halted

Mumbai Rain: Local train services have been badly hit by the heavy downpour.
The Western Railway has been closed ahead of Andheri due to waterlogging at Bandra.
On the Central line, trains between Thane and Kurla have been stopped due to waterlogging at Sion.
On the Harbour line, trains are still operation, but with major delay.
