Union Minister Prakash Javadekar  slammed senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid for defending imposition of Emergency in 1975, terming as "shameful" his remarks in this respect. "Salman Khurshid's statement reflects that Congress continues to justify the Emergency. It is highly shameful and we strongly condemn it," he said. "Congress leader's (Khurshid's) mind was corrupted after Congress lost power," Javadekar said.
