Chief Election Commissioner VS Sampath announced the dates for the Delhi polls, in what is his last press conference. Sampath will be retiring on January 15. According to reports, senior-most election commissioner Hari Shankar Brahma is likely to be appointed as the Chief Election Commissioner after Sampath steps down.
