Pansare flown to Mumbai's Breach Candy for treatment

Communist leader Govind Pansare, who was shot at in Kolhapur four days ago, was flown in to Mumbai today for treatment. 

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, who is in Nagpur, said the government had arranged for air ambulance with two doctors from Nanavati hospital and necessary medication, to transfer Pansare to Breach Candy hospital in Mumbai. 

The air ambulance carrying the critically injured Pansare left Kolhapur around 4 pm and landed in Mumbai, an official said.
