Fans in Mumbai celebrating India's 76 run victory over Pakistan in their first World Cup match turned up outside the residence of cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar.

A puzzled Sachin, who was part of the World Cup-winning India squad in the last edition of the tournament, later tweeted: 'Don't know what I did.. some fans are outside my house... Celebrating... Wish I could have joined them!'
