Arvind Kejriwal's confidante Manish Sisodia takes oath as part of the Delhi cabinet.

Sisodia will be Delhi's first deputy CM and will also handle the PWD , urban development ministries.

Asim Ahmed Khan is sworn-in after Sisodia. Khan is considered a key leader as he is the only minority face in the AAP cabinet.
